Denham Logistics is a Jamaican based Freight Forwarding and Courier Company that provides service for individuals or businesses who shop online with the aid of providing our valued customers with an American shipping and mailing address. We forward packages of any size and weight from the United State of America to Jamaica whether by Sea or Air. Denham Logistics also offers Custom Brokerage Services.

How it works?
Step 1. Set up your account
Sign up online to create your Free Denham Logistics account Check your email for an account activation link, and then select “Activate Account” Login to your account and view the details of your new Denham Logistics address.
Step 3. Arrival Notification
Your packages will be delivered to our US warehouse address and placed on the next available flight to Jamaica. Each package will be entered into our database in order to give you timely location updates. On arrival, Denham Logistics will present your packages to Customs for clearance. Don’t forget to upload your invoice to your package profile online for hassle-free clearance.
Step 2. Start Shopping Online
Shop your favorite online stores or give family and friends your Denham Logistics US shipping address to get your packages to you. Get your packages quicker by creating a Pre-Alert to fast-track package processing.
Step 4. Get your packages
Once your packages are successfully cleared, we’ll take them to our local pick up point or delivered to you and you’ll receive a notification that they’re ready for pickup. You may then pick up your package or schedule a delivery online to have your package delivered right to your door.

Frequently Asked Questions?
After your package arrives at our Florida warehouse and is logged into our system, it typically takes 3 to 5 business days to reach Jamaica and clear customs. In terms of our shipping schedule, we ship two or three times a week by air on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays and once a week by sea on Thursdays. Please note that these days may vary. If there are any delays, we will promptly notify our customers.
Denham Logistics has to declare to Jamaica Customs the contents and value of each package entering the country through our service. If invoices are not provided, this will result in delays at customs and there is the possibility that the Customs Officer inspecting the shipment will assign a higher value to your package.
Packages valued at $150 USD or more, or weighing 20 lbs and above, must be
collected within 2 business days before storage fees apply.
For other soft or lightweight packages, collection must occur within 7 days once the
package is ready for pickup or delivery.
Storage fee cost:
Soft packages: 200 JMD per day
Single boxes (large boxes): 350 JMD per day
Please note that storage fees are added each day, including holidays.
Packages left unclaimed after 30 days of storage will be considered abandoned and
subject to auction. Claimed packages that remain uncollected for up to a month may
also be auctioned to recover freight charges and local clearance fees.
Please note that when shipping TVs and other fragile items, you do so at your own risk ⛔. We have a policy in our warehouse where we do not inspect televisions or other fragile items, making it difficult for us to verify if any damage occurred during transit by the carrier. However, we do provide a special wrapping service and inspection for TVs upon request, available at an extra cost. Feel free to reach out for more information.
All packages coming through Jamaica Customs are opened and inspected by a Customs Officer to verify that the invoice matches the contents of the package. They are then resealed using cello tape.
Unknown packages refer to shipments that do not include the courier code in the address. To
avoid this, it's crucial to ensure that all address details are provided, including the courier code
(e.g., DLOG) and the corresponding number given by the company. If a package is missing this
information, it will be classified as 'Wrong address’ please note that if package is misplaced or
lost we will not be held liable.
Process of identification
Packages that are not labeled correctly are deemed as unfit to accept and the warehouse holds
the right to refuse or discard of packages being delivered with the incorrect, wrong or.
Incomplete address. If your package is missing the courier code (e.g. DLOG) and the
corresponding number given by the company, we would have to conduct an investigation to
locate same.
We would need the following:
Proof of delivery, tracking number, name on package and date allegedly delivered.
Upon conducting our investigation, if the package is located, a fee of $350 will be charged to
retrieve same and have it shipped in the next cycle. If the package is not located, the
warehouse nor the company will be held responsible for the refund of said package.
- If a package remains unclaimed after 30 days of storage, it will be considered unclaimed and
may be subject to auction.
- If a claimed package is left uncollected for up to a month, it will be auctioned to cover
expenses such as freight charges and local clearance fees..
To avoid paying Custom Duties please ensure that your package value/cost stay under $100usd.
